Cbsji FAQ — All Your Questions Answered in One Place

Your full betting history and financial transaction records are stored in your cbsji account. To view them:

• Log in to cbsji and click the profile icon in the top right corner.
• "My Account" From the menu, go to "Betting History" or "Bet History" Select.

Standard deposit processing times at cbsji:

There are certain rules for updating your cbsji profile, as account details are linked to financial transactions:

General info (you can update this yourself):

• Profile picture, display name (nickname)
• Email address (OTP verification required)
• Password

Stored information (must be changed through support):

• Full legal name — changes require NID verification
• Registered mobile number — OTP verification + NID required via old number

To change your number, contact cbsji Live Chat and provide your NID card along with proof of ownership of the new number. Usually 24–48 hours gets updated.
